With ten years of experience as a senior research consultant, Nicolette has worked  in the field of executive search as well as in media search. She started her career in recruitment and selection with the Nijsse Management Consultants, and transferred, in 2000, to Deloitte Human Capital Group, which later became know as Ebbinge & Company.
