Wim Ravesloot has been a partner at Holtrop Ravesloot & Partners since 1978. Together with Cor Holtrop, Wim is responsible for making our executive search organisation the success it is today, and he is consequently regarded as one the founding fathers of executive search in the Netherlands. With 30 years of executive search experience behind him, Wim is highly respected for his knowledge of the market and of the profession by colleagues and competitors alike. Clients from a wide range of sectors regularly ask him to help them fill senior positions.
